Animated Aquaworld Screensaver 1.0

The FullScreensavers.com-developed Animated Aquaworld is a fun, animated screensaver your little one could enjoy. When the computer goes idle, this screensaver kicks in and displays underwater scenery (three images to choose from) that is populated by various animated characters, like cartoon crabs, mermaids, and octopuses.

By default the screensaver switches between the three images I mentioned earlier; if you want to, you can set it up so the screensaver uses just one of the images – the one you like best. If you like an image that much, you can set it as your desktop wallpaper. You can easily do that from the screensaver’s settings pane.

Also by default, the screensaver displays a clock in the top left corner of the screen. If this position does not suit you, you can change it from the settings pane. If you don’t want to see the clock, you can disable it.

While the screensaver is running, it plays various sound effects in the background – you can disable them if you don’t like them. The screensaver can also play music in the background; you can set it so the screensaver plays your own tracks. This feature worked with a track I selected at random, refused to work with a track I really wanted to listen to, and I couldn’t figure it out why since both were MP3 files of roughly the same size. There was no Help file to turn to, nor some online help that could explain why this happened.

Pay attention during the installation process as the options to install a Firefox toolbar, Internet Explorer toolbar, set your homepage to the customized web search page of FullScreensavers, and set the FullScreensavers web search as your default search are checked by default. If you don’t want to change your homepage, default search, or install a toolbar, uncheck these options.
